Labour Party     David J Morgan		I believe an MP should be an active representative - listening to those who send him to Westminster, and providing first class constituency services. I've worked with Labour MPs and MEPs who have set high standards - regularly consulting their constituents and working tirelessly on their behalf. I intend to do the same. Interest rates; inflation rates and unemployment are all at historic lows. I believe that Sapcote needs a hard working Labour MP and a Labour Government."

Conservative Party     Andrew Robathan		The Conservative Party will lower taxes and spend your money better. Increase the number of police officers which has fallen since 1997 - and support the police properly. Get hospital waiting lists down and increase the Government money given to Leicestershire schools for education. Leicestershire is the worst funded County Council in the country. Free schools and cut bureaucracy - there has been one directive a day from Whitehall to schools since 1997!
